French Association Change or Dissolution (Cerfa 13972) in short
Cerfa 13972*03 is used to declare to the associations registry a change of name, purpose, registered office, management address or other statutes, as well as the dissolution of the association. You tick the relevant sections and can ask for publication in the Official Journal of associations (JOAFE). The form does not apply in Alsace-Moselle.
