- Mistyping the VIN, which identifies the vehicle.
- Swapping the person giving the mandate (you) and the person receiving it.
- For an online formality done for someone else, forgetting the digital copy of that person's ID.
- Thinking the mandate replaces the registration application. Other documents (cerfa 13750, proofs) are still needed depending on the formality.
