Common mistakes to avoid
- Using one annex for several children. Each child needs their own.
- Leaving out the child's tax ID when one has been issued.
- Not enclosing proof for children over 18, such as a school or university certificate.
- Forgetting form KG 11a when the child has no training place or is looking for work.
- Leaving the other parent's details blank. The notes say they are always required, with a note such as deceased or unknown if needed.
- Not enclosing the adoption order for an adopted child.
- Not sending official documents for a child born abroad.
